Sweet, my vacation from writing in the blog is officially over. My work load, well at least during my day job, has gone back down to its normal boredom level. Which means the important task of blogging is now capable. So let me start w/ the boys. Caleb and Christian, if you don't remember, are just growing little men. I've got lots of photos, I guess I'm just too selfish or better described as lazy, to share them. Someday I will.
Anyways they are 3 months old and they are a riot. They try to "talk" to us and each other. They have also working through their masters in getting your attention.
Last weekend we took them back to MS and we had another first for them. Shawana's neice took Caleb to town, leaving us w/ Christian who was still sleeping. The day before we had gone to town ourselves and had stopped by the local movie gallery and bought some dvds. Can you imagine the town doesn't have a Blockbuster. Anyways the deal was buy 2 get 2 free, we ended up w/ The Forgotten, Sky Captain, Without a Paddle, and Cellular. Our plan for the day was to do nothing but watch movies but that isn't even a simple task anymore. As new parents we have lost touch w/ the world of cinema, but thats a good thing because we can't take our boys to the movies yet.
The movie watching commenced but it wasn't long before visitors showed up. The boys great-grandmother came down to see the twins, but w/ only half the show there, its not quite as exciting. But she was still glad to see Christian. We eventually got to see 3 of the movies and that took all day. The last film we saw was the forgotten. Sci-fi film, it was alright but the thought of one day not having your kids around hit home w/ that movie. We quickly packed Christian into the van to head to Shawana's brother's house. We both felt the hole in our hearts not having the boys together.
Caleb was cool, he was hanging out. Antroya told us how he embarrassed them in the store. They didn't realize how hungry he was, and how he had learned the best way to let people know. Scream his head off.
